Activity Logs Activity logs may be retained for operational, troubleshooting, compliance, and security purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on subscription plans and system requirements.
Audit Logs Audit records may be retained for longer periods where necessary to support security, compliance, legal obligations, or investigation of suspected misuse.
Backup Data Information contained in encrypted backups may persist for a limited period before being overwritten during normal backup rotation.

Customers may delete certain information directly through the Services. Depending on the feature, customers may delete:
