Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the permitted and prohibited uses of the LogiqLead platform and related services ("Services").

The purpose of this Policy is to:

  • Protect the integrity, security, and availability of the Services.
  • Protect our customers and their recipients.
  • Prevent abuse of the platform.
  • Support compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
  • Maintain the reputation of LogiqLead and its infrastructure.

This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to every user of the Services.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all users of LogiqLead, including:

  • Free plan users.
  • Trial users.
  • Paid subscribers.
  • Workspace owners.
  • Team members.
  • API users.
  • Administrators.
  • Contractors acting on behalf of customers.

You are responsible for ensuring that anyone using your Workspace complies with this Policy.

3. Definitions

For the purposes of this Policy:

Services The LogiqLead application, APIs, website, documentation, integrations, and related services.

Customer Data Information uploaded, imported, synchronized, or processed through the Services.

Email Campaign Any email or sequence sent using LogiqLead or through a connected email account.

Recipient Any individual or organization receiving communications initiated through the Services.

Workspace An organizational environment within LogiqLead used to manage users, leads, and communications.

4. General Principles

Customers must use the Services:

  • Lawfully.
  • Ethically.
  • Responsibly.
  • In good faith.
  • In accordance with applicable regulations.

Customers remain solely responsible for:

  • Their content.
  • Their recipients.
  • Their connected email accounts.
  • Their compliance obligations.
  • Their users' activities.

Use of the Services must not interfere with the experience or security of other customers.

5. Permitted Use

LogiqLead may be used for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Customer relationship management.
  • Sales engagement.
  • Business development.
  • Customer support.
  • Account management.
  • Transactional communications.
  • Marketing communications where legally permitted.
  • Internal business communications.
  • Team collaboration.
  • Reporting and analytics.

Customers must ensure that all communications comply with applicable laws in the jurisdictions in which they operate.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Services to engage in activities that are unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Violating applicable laws or regulations.
  • Circumventing security controls.
  • Interfering with the operation of the Services.
  • Misrepresenting your identity.
  • Using false or misleading sender information.
  • Concealing the origin of communications.
  • Using stolen or unauthorized credentials.
  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass plan limitations.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to any account or system.
  • Disrupting other customers' use of the Services.
  • Testing or probing security without authorization.
  • Interfering with infrastructure or network resources.

7. Illegal Content

You must not use the Services to create, upload, store, transmit, or distribute content that is illegal under applicable law.

Examples include:

  • Child sexual abuse material.
  • Terrorist content.
  • Content promoting violence.
  • Human trafficking content.
  • Illegal gambling content.
  • Content infringing intellectual property rights.
  • Fraudulent schemes.
  • Counterfeit products.
  • Illegal financial services.
  • Unlawful software distribution.

Where required by law, LogiqLead may report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.

8. Fraud and Deception

The Services must not be used to facilitate fraudulent or deceptive conduct.

Examples include:

  • Identity theft.
  • Financial fraud.
  • Business email compromise.
  • Investment scams.
  • Romance scams.
  • Fake invoices.
  • Payroll fraud.
  • Credential harvesting.
  • False impersonation.
  • Misleading commercial practices.

9. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

Customers must not use the Services to send unlawful spam.

Prohibited practices include:

  • Sending bulk unsolicited emails without a lawful basis.
  • Using purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested mailing lists.
  • Ignoring unsubscribe requests.
  • Sending to recipients who have opted out.
  • Sending repeated unwanted communications.
  • Concealing sender identity.
  • Misleading subject lines.
  • Using deceptive content intended to trick recipients.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable anti-spam laws, including those relating to consent, sender identification, and unsubscribe requirements.

10. Phishing and Credential Collection

The Services may not be used to:

  • Collect passwords.
  • Harvest authentication credentials.
  • Mimic legitimate login pages.
  • Distribute fake authentication requests.
  • Conduct phishing campaigns.
  • Obtain sensitive information through deception.

Any account used for phishing or credential theft may be suspended immediately without prior notice.

11. Malware and Harmful Code

You must not upload, distribute, or transmit:

  • Malware.
  • Ransomware.
  • Spyware.
  • Trojans.
  • Worms.
  • Viruses.
  • Keyloggers.
  • Malicious scripts.
  • Exploit code.
  • Botnet software.

You must not use the Services to facilitate malware distribution or command-and-control activities.

12. Intellectual Property

You must respect the intellectual property rights of others.

You must not use the Services to:

  • Upload infringing content.
  • Distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
  • Misuse trademarks.
  • Misrepresent ownership of content.
  • Circumvent copyright protections.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights or permissions for all content processed through the Services.

13. Privacy Violations

You must not use the Services to:

  • Collect personal information unlawfully.
  • Process personal information without a lawful basis.
  • Violate privacy laws.
  • Share confidential information without authorization.
  • Track individuals without lawful authority.
  • Sell personal information obtained through the Services unless permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.

14. Harassment and Offensive Content

The Services must not be used to threaten, harass, intimidate, or abuse others.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Targeted harassment.
  • Hate speech prohibited by applicable law.
  • Threats of violence.
  • Stalking.
  • Bullying.
  • Discriminatory abuse.
  • Obscene or unlawful offensive content.

This restriction does not prohibit lawful discussion or communication protected by applicable law.

15. High-Risk Activities

The Services are not designed for activities where failure could reasonably be expected to result in death, personal injury, or significant environmental damage.

Examples include:

  • Air traffic control.
  • Nuclear facilities.
  • Medical life-support systems.
  • Emergency response systems.
  • Military weapons systems.

Customers use the Services for such purposes entirely at their own risk.

16. Email Sending Standards

LogiqLead is designed to support lawful business communications. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all emails sent through the Services comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Customers should:

  • Clearly identify the sender.
  • Use accurate subject lines.
  • Send relevant communications.
  • Honor unsubscribe requests where required.
  • Maintain appropriate suppression lists.
  • Monitor complaint rates.
  • Review automated sequences before activation.
  • Verify recipient information before sending.

Customers remain solely responsible for the content, timing, frequency, and recipients of all communications sent using their connected email accounts.

17. Lead Acquisition

Customers must obtain lead information through lawful and ethical means.

Customers must not:

  • Purchase unlawful or unauthorized email lists.
  • Use scraped or harvested email addresses where prohibited by applicable law.
  • Import data obtained through deceptive practices.
  • Use stolen contact databases.
  • Process personal information without an appropriate legal basis.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to process and communicate with imported contacts.

18. Email Content Requirements

Emails sent using LogiqLead must not:

  • Contain misleading sender information.
  • Use deceptive subject lines.
  • Falsely imply affiliation with another organization.
  • Misrepresent products or services.
  • Encourage unlawful conduct.
  • Contain malicious attachments or links.
  • Distribute malware or harmful code.
  • Include fraudulent payment instructions.

Where required by applicable law, customers should include:

  • Valid sender identification.
  • Business contact information.
  • An unsubscribe mechanism.
  • Any additional disclosures required by applicable regulations.

19. Unsubscribe Requests

Customers must respect unsubscribe requests in accordance with applicable law.

Customers must not:

  • Continue sending marketing communications after a valid unsubscribe request.
  • Remove recipients from suppression lists without authorization.
  • Require recipients to pay a fee or provide unnecessary information to unsubscribe.

LogiqLead may provide technical features to support suppression management; however, customers remain responsible for ensuring compliance.

20. Sender Reputation

Customers are responsible for maintaining the reputation of their connected email domains and mailboxes.

Practices that may negatively affect sender reputation include:

  • High bounce rates.
  • High spam complaint rates.
  • Excessive sending volumes.
  • Sending to invalid recipients.
  • Ignoring unsubscribe requests.
  • Poor list hygiene.

Customers should regularly review delivery reports and remove invalid or inactive recipients where appropriate.

21. Authentication and Security

Customers are responsible for securing their accounts and connected services.

Customers should:

  • Use strong passwords.
  • Enable multi-factor authentication where available.
  • Protect authentication credentials.
  • Regularly review connected email accounts.
  • Remove unused users.
  • Promptly revoke access when personnel leave the organization.

Customers must not share login credentials with unauthorized individuals.

22. Platform Security

Customers must not attempt to compromise the security or stability of the Services.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Scanning for vulnerabilities without authorization.
  • Attempting unauthorized access.
  • Circumventing authentication controls.
  • Bypassing security mechanisms.
  • Introducing malicious software.
  • Interfering with service availability.
  • Conducting denial-of-service attacks.
  • Exploiting software vulnerabilities.

Security testing may be performed only with prior written authorization from Logiqcube Consulting.

23. API Usage

Where API access is available, customers must use the API responsibly.

Customers must not:

  • Exceed documented rate limits.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication.
  • Abuse API endpoints.
  • Create excessive automated requests.
  • Interfere with platform performance.
  • Access data belonging to other customers.
  • Use undocumented interfaces intended solely for internal operations.

We may modify or discontinue API functionality as described in the Terms of Service.

24. Rate Limits and Resource Usage

To maintain platform stability, LogiqLead may enforce reasonable technical limitations, including:

  • API request limits.
  • Authentication request limits.
  • Email sending limits.
  • Import limits.
  • Export limits.
  • Storage limits.
  • Background processing limits.

Customers must not attempt to circumvent these limits through:

  • Multiple accounts.
  • Automated workarounds.
  • Unauthorized scripts.
  • Manipulation of platform functionality.

25. Automation

Automation features are intended to improve legitimate business workflows.

Customers must not use automation to:

  • Send unlawful spam.
  • Generate abusive traffic.
  • Harass recipients.
  • Circumvent provider restrictions.
  • Create excessive system load.
  • Perform unauthorized scraping.
  • Interfere with third-party systems.

Customers remain responsible for automated actions initiated through the Services.

26. Data Integrity

Customers should maintain accurate and up-to-date information within the Services.

Customers must not intentionally:

  • Upload false information.
  • Corrupt customer records.
  • Manipulate reporting data.
  • Tamper with audit records.
  • Circumvent platform validation mechanisms.

Maintaining accurate information helps ensure reliable operation of the Services.

27. Fair Use

Customers must use shared platform resources responsibly.

Examples of unreasonable use include:

  • Excessive automated requests.
  • Unusually high resource consumption that adversely affects other customers.
  • Repeated creation of temporary accounts to avoid plan limitations.
  • Abuse of free or trial plans.
  • Excessive support requests intended to disrupt operations.

Where reasonable, we may contact customers before taking action regarding fair use concerns.

28. Monitoring

To protect the Services and other customers, LogiqLead may monitor operational and security-related information, including:

  • Authentication events.
  • API activity.
  • Email delivery status.
  • System performance.
  • Error logs.
  • Security events.
  • Abuse indicators.

Monitoring is conducted for security, operational, compliance, and service improvement purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

29. Investigation of Suspected Abuse

Where we reasonably suspect a violation of this Policy, we may:

  • Review relevant account activity.
  • Investigate reported incidents.
  • Request additional information from the customer.
  • Temporarily restrict certain features.
  • Preserve relevant records where required by law.
  • Cooperate with lawful investigations conducted by competent authorities.

We will seek to limit investigations to information reasonably necessary for the purpose.

30. Enforcement

Where a violation of this Policy is identified or reasonably suspected, Logiqcube Consulting may take one or more of the following actions:

  1. Issue a warning.
  2. Request corrective action.
  3. Restrict specific platform features.
  4. Suspend email sending.
  5. Suspend API access.
  6. Disable affected integrations.
  7. Temporarily suspend the account.
  8. Permanently terminate the account.
  9. Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities where required by law.

The action taken will depend on the nature, severity, frequency, and impact of the violation.

31. Immediate Suspension

We may suspend access immediately, without prior notice, where necessary to:

  • Prevent ongoing harm.
  • Protect the security of the Services.
  • Prevent fraud.
  • Stop phishing or malware distribution.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Protect other customers or third parties.

Where appropriate, customers may be informed of the reason for suspension after the immediate risk has been addressed.

32. Reporting Violations

If you believe that the Services are being used in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, you should notify Logiqcube Consulting as soon as reasonably possible.

Reports should include, where available:

  • A description of the suspected violation.
  • Relevant dates and times.
  • Email headers or message identifiers (if applicable).
  • Screenshots or supporting evidence.
  • Any other information that may assist in the investigation.

Submitting false or intentionally misleading abuse reports may itself constitute a violation of this Policy.

33. Investigation Process

Upon receiving a report or identifying potential misuse, Logiqcube Consulting may:

  • Review relevant account activity.
  • Examine technical logs.
  • Analyze system-generated security events.
  • Review customer-provided information.
  • Request additional clarification from the customer.
  • Preserve evidence where required by law.
  • Coordinate with service providers or competent authorities where appropriate.

Investigations will be conducted in a manner that seeks to protect customer privacy while maintaining the security and integrity of the Services.

34. Customer Cooperation

Customers are expected to cooperate with reasonable requests made during investigations relating to suspected violations of this Policy.

Failure to cooperate may result in temporary restrictions or suspension where necessary to protect the Services or other users.

Nothing in this section requires a customer to waive any legal rights available under applicable law.

35. Appeals

Customers who believe that enforcement action was taken in error may submit an appeal.

Appeals should include:

  • The affected account or Workspace.
  • A description of the circumstances.
  • Supporting documentation where available.
  • Any corrective actions already taken.

Submission of an appeal does not automatically suspend or reverse enforcement actions.

Logiqcube Consulting will review appeals in good faith and communicate its decision within a reasonable period, subject to the complexity of the matter.

36. Repeat Violations

Repeated or persistent violations of this Policy may result in progressively stronger enforcement actions, including:

  • Additional warnings.
  • Temporary feature restrictions.
  • Longer suspension periods.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Refusal to provide future Services where permitted by applicable law.

When determining an appropriate response, we may consider:

  • The severity of the violation.
  • Whether the conduct was intentional.
  • Prior violations.
  • Corrective actions taken by the customer.
  • The impact on other users or third parties.

37. Emergency Actions

Where immediate action is necessary to protect the Services, customers, or third parties, Logiqcube Consulting may take emergency measures without prior notice.

Examples include situations involving:

  • Active phishing campaigns.
  • Malware distribution.
  • Unauthorized access.
  • Ongoing fraud.
  • Significant security incidents.
  • Court orders or legally binding directives.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, affected customers will be informed after the immediate risk has been addressed.

38. Third-Party Service Providers

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including email providers, payment processors, authentication services, and other external platforms.

Customers must also comply with the applicable terms and policies of those third-party providers.

Logiqcube Consulting is not responsible for enforcement actions taken independently by third-party providers, including account suspension, delivery restrictions, or service limitations.

39. Regulatory Compliance

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Depending on the jurisdiction, this may include compliance with laws relating to:

  • Privacy and data protection.
  • Electronic communications.
  • Consumer protection.
  • Anti-spam requirements.
  • Intellectual property.
  • Export controls.
  • Tax obligations.
  • Employment regulations.

LogiqLead provides software tools only and does not provide legal advice or certify legal compliance.

40. Reservation of Rights

Logiqcube Consulting reserves the right to:

  • Interpret this Policy in good faith.
  • Investigate suspected violations.
  • Refuse access to the Services.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts.
  • Modify technical limitations.
  • Introduce additional security measures.
  • Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.
  • Protect the security, availability, and reputation of the Services.

The exercise of these rights will be carried out in accordance with applicable law.

41. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect:

  • Operational practices.

When material changes are made, we may:

42. Relationship to Other Agreements

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of and should be read together with:

  • Data Processing Agreement (where applicable).
  • Subscription Agreement or Order Form (where applicable).

If there is a conflict between this Policy and a separately negotiated written agreement, the written agreement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

44. No Waiver

Failure by Logiqcube Consulting to enforce any provision of this Policy shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

This Acceptable Use Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
